Forget tight liquidity for a moment, top bankers play ketoprak
Under the glittering lights of the Jakarta Arts Building stage (31/7), a ketoprak performance was played nicely. No one would have guessed that the actors on stage were some of the top bankers in Indonesia. They transformed into characters who that night played a play entitledKetoprak Finansial "Pangeran Samber Nyowo".
The top bankers seemed to be animating their roles as Javanese noblemen complete with Javanese dialogue. They blended in with the real theater performers and stage artists who acted as extras in the performance.
Dressed in a black beskap complete with blangkon, and a keris around his waist, Bank BCA Director Antonius Widodo Mulyono was willing to leave his busy routine to voice noble cultural values through an enchanting theatrical performance.

ARTJOG 2025: Yogyakarta's largest annual art exhibition festival ARTJOG returns in 2025. With the motif: Amalan, the festival held from June 20 to August 31, 2025 at Jogja National Museum is now enlivened by 48 artists whose artworks are curated by great curators Hendro Wiyanto, Bambang 'Toko' Witjaksono, and Ignatia Nilu. In the relationships between individuals in an organization, amidst tremendous pressure and endless expectations, anger is an emotion that often comes up. If not tamed, it can have a destructive impact.
And emotional outbursts in an organizational context often cloud logic and rationality, resulting in decisions that are not objective. When it happens to organizational leaders, team members can feel unsafe and uncomfortable, unappreciated, and reluctant to open up.
