Welcome to Suar.id, a news site or 'Service' managed by Suar Inspirasi Produktif (hereinafter referred to as 'Manager' or 'We').

The following Terms and Conditions are the terms of use for the site, content, services and features available on Suar.id. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing and using Suar.id, it means that you understand and agree to be bound by all the regulations that apply to this site.

By using the Suar.id service or feature, you are automatically bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Personal Data Policy that We create.

You are required to read these Terms and Conditions, the Personal Data Policy, and/or other policies that We create carefully and thoroughly before using each of our services or features. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may stop or not use this Service.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The manager may change, add to, or reduce these Terms and Conditions at any time. You are bound by any such changes and therefore should periodically review this page to check the Terms and Conditions that apply to and bind you.

USE OF SERVICE

  • Service Users are all people and/or parties who access or use the services and/or utilize all Suar.id features. Service Users consist of:
    • Visitors who have registered, whether through the website, application, or mobile web;
    • Visitors who register for paid services and become part of the Suar.id Manager;
    • Visitors who have not registered an account on Suar.id.
  • You represent and warrant that you are an individual legally entitled to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, in these Terms and Conditions, and that you are at least 18 years old or married or not under guardianship. If you are under 18 years of age and not married, you represent and warrant that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal guardian, unless you state otherwise. By giving consent, your parent or legal guardian agrees to be responsible for: (i) all your actions related to access to and use of the Service; and (ii) your compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian, you must stop accessing the Service or Suar.id features.
  • You understand and agree that your use of the Service or features of Suar.id is also subject to the applicable Privacy Policy, which We may change from time to time.

REGISTERED VISITORS

Some Services on this site, such as Viewsletter and Spotlight, are only available to visitors who have registered and require visitors to register with a user ID to use them.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Some areas or services of Suar.id, such as pages where you can upload or download documents or files, may have usage guidelines and regulations that will supplement these Terms and Conditions. By using these services, you agree to be bound by the applicable usage guidelines and regulations.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY

The SUAR Personal Data Policy discloses the policy for handling your personal data when you access Suar.id. Your routine and continuous use of Suar.id indicates your agreement to the Manager's Personal Data Policy. You can read the Personal Data Policy by accessing the 'Personal Data Policy' button at the bottom of the Suar.id page.

PAID SERVICES

The Suar.id Manager has Services or features that allow you to obtain paid services. There are no refunds, returns, or cancellations after the purchase process is complete. You are required to review additional information regarding offers for these paid Services or features at the time of payment. We ensure that the personal data you use in these paid services (PII) will not be used for any purpose/need, but we use cookies only to improve our Services.

TAX

The Product prices listed on the Suar.id site include an 11 percent value added tax (VAT 11%).

SALES

  1. Users are required to register an account on Suar.id and fill in the requested personal data when making a purchase.
  2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account data and passwords.
  3. SUAR will not ask for the User's password for any reason, so SUAR urges Users not to give their account password to anyone claiming to be SUAR.
  4. Under normal circumstances, the number of Product availability listed on the Suar.id Site reflects the availability of Products being sold.
  5. When purchasing a Product, the Buyer agrees that the Buyer has read, understood, and agreed to all the information/descriptions listed before making the Product purchase.
  6. All products ordered will first be placed in the cart. Payment will be initiated when the User presses the checkout button in the cart and fills in their personal data on the payment page.
  7. The prices listed do not include shipping costs to the Buyer's address. Shipping costs will be added after the Buyer enters their personal data on the purchase page after pressing the Checkout button.
  8. Products that have been ordered and paid for cannot be canceled, so buyers are expected to check carefully before making payment.

PAYMENT

  1. Transactions must be carried out through the payment procedures provided on the SUAR.id site.
  2. When ordering a Media product subscription, the Buyer agrees that the subscription fee is paid in full in advance.
  3. If the Buyer makes a transfer from a different bank, there is usually a time difference before the Buyer's funds are active in the destination account.
  4. Product payments can be made via bank transfer or Payment Gateway.
  5. For payments via the BCA Bank transfer method, use the following account information:

  6. Periodically, SUAR will carry out a process of checking proof of transfer to Bank BCA and other payment systems on working days (Monday – Friday) and operating hours 08:00 WIB – 17:00 WIB.
  7. If the Buyer does not make payment within 2x24 hours, then SUAR has the right to cancel the Buyer's order.

INDEMNIFICATION

  1. If, regardless of other provisions in these Terms, SUAR is proven liable to you for damages or losses arising from or in any way related to your use of the Site or any Content, SUAR's liability shall not exceed the greater of:
  2. The amount of subscription fees or similar fees in connection with any services or features of or on the Site paid in the six months prior to the date the initial claim was made against Suar.id, or;
  3. A maximum value of IDR 1,000,000. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to some of you.

E-MAIL SUBSCRIPTION

  1. By registering an account on Suar.id, the User will periodically receive e-mails containing information from SUAR, such as news content, promotional programs, new products, and other information relating to SUAR.
  2. SUAR only uses the User's email address for the purposes of managing Suar.id and sending information from SUAR. SUAR will not share, sell, rent, exchange or give email addresses to third parties without the User's knowledge. Users can choose to unsubscribe at any time. In every email that the User receives, there will be an option to unsubscribe from the SUAR email system.

CHANGES TO SUAR.ID

The manager has the right to discontinue or change services or features on Suar.id at any time and without prior notice.

USER OBLIGATIONS

The use of Suar.id must be subject to the laws and regulations in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. You are prohibited from loading or forwarding through Suar.id material or other things that:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions, the Personal Data Policy, or other policies issued by Us;
  • Committing acts of defamation, slander, and harassment against Suar.id;
  • Violating or infringing upon the rights of others, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, publicity, or other proprietary rights;
  • Violating the law, threatening, insulting, harassing, defaming, slandering, deceiving, defrauding, or inciting hatred towards a particular person or group;
  • Abusing, harassing, demeaning, or intimidating individuals or groups of individuals based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or physical disability;
  • Violating norms of decency, obscenity, and pornography;
  • Advocating or suggesting illegal acts;
  • Offending, inciting conflict and/or hostility between tribes, religions, races, and groups (SARA);
  • Containing words or images that evoke horror, are crude, dirty, vulgar, and contain profanity;
  • Disseminating certain ideologies or teachings that are principally prohibited by the laws in force in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia;
  • Containing viruses or other computer code, files, or programs that may disrupt, damage, or limit the function of computer software or hardware or communication equipment, or allow unauthorized use of computers or computer networks;
  • Committing database theft;
  • Committing fraud or other unlawful activities in the name of Suar.id.

If you commit the prohibited actions as mentioned above, We have the right to take the following actions:

  • Reporting to the authorities;
  • Suspending or closing your account on the service;
  • Blocking your IP or access rights to the Service.

We will provide you with written notification if we close your account. If We suspend your account, we will inform you of the suspension in writing. You can contact Us again to carry out the process of restoring your account. You agree that Suar.id can unilaterally decide to close and/or suspend your account and that decision is absolute.

IN USING Suar.id, YOU AGREE TO:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself when filling out the registration form on Suar.id;
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification;
  • Maintain and periodically update information about yourself and other information accurately, up-to-date, and completely;
  • Accept all risks from illegal access to information and registration data;
  • Be responsible for the protection and back up of data and/or equipment used;
  • Access and/or use services or features on Suar.id only for purposes and in ways that are legal under applicable laws and regulations, and agree to always act in good faith in carrying out any activities related to the Services or features;
  • Comply with all of these Terms and Conditions and the Personal Data Policy, as well as other policies that We create regarding the use of services or features on Suar.id, as well as changes to them from time to time.

You are not permitted to use Suar.id in any condition or manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or disrupt the Suar.id server or network.

You are also not permitted to access services, user accounts, computer systems, or networks without authorization, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

The administrator will fully cooperate with any law enforcement officials or court orders requesting or directing the administrator to disclose the identity of anyone who posts material or information as described above.

OWNERSHIP

All design drafts, images, artwork, audio, video, and programming code (hereinafter referred to as 'Content') on this site are copyrighted by the Administrator. You are not permitted to modify, copy, alter, or add to the design drafts, images, artwork, audio, video, and programming code in this facility under any circumstances or conditions.

SUAR.ID USAGE LICENSE

You are permitted to use Suar.id and the Content offered by Suar.id only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may use content that is permitted for download, such as photos and sound recordings, for personal use and in accordance with the regulations on the content in question. You are not permitted to reproduce, print, copy, store, publish, broadcast, disseminate, modify, translate, issue, transfer, sell, lend, or distribute Suar.id content without written permission from the administrator.

CONTENT POSTED FOR PUBLIC CONSUMPTION

Some areas or services on Suar.id allow you to post Content that can be accessed and viewed by other visitors, including the general public. You are only permitted to post Content on public pages on Suar.id that you create yourself and/or that you have permission to post. You are not permitted to post Content that violates these Terms and Conditions.

The administrator does not claim ownership of the Content you post. However, by posting content in the public area of Suar.id, you grant us, our affiliates, and our distributors a guarantee to use, copy, display, perform, distribute, adapt, and promote the Content in various media.

SUPERVISION

You agree that we are not responsible for content provided by other parties. We have no obligation to review such content; however, we reserve the right to refuse to post or edit submitted content. We have the right to remove content for various reasons; however, we are not responsible for failures or delays in removing such material.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Suar.id may provide links to third-party sites, including links provided on search results pages. Some of these site links may contain offensive, unlawful, and/or inaccurate material. These links do not indicate that we endorse the third-party sites. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or other materials on these third-party sites. All agreements and transactions between you and advertisers on Suar.id are between you and the advertiser, and you acknowledge and agree that We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or claim that may be caused by agreements or transactions between you and the advertiser.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

We do not represent or warrant that:

  • The use of the service will be secure, timely, uninterrupted, or error-free, or operate properly with the hardware, software, and systems you have;
  • The service will meet your requirements or expectations;
  • Any data on the Service is accurate or reliable.

Data and/or information available on Suar.id, including but not limited to investment product information, financial, and/or specific investments, are for reference purposes only, whether in the form of news, tips, advice, suggestions, opinions, and recommendations, as they are sourced from third parties. Although various efforts have been made to display data and/or information as accurately as possible, We and all partners who provide data and information, including Our editorial staff, are not responsible for any errors and delays in updating data or information, or any losses arising from actions related to the use of data/information presented by Us. You are responsible for all decisions that you understand, decide, and implement.

We strive as much as technically possible to keep the service safe and free from viruses and system errors. Please note that no security system is impenetrable. Therefore, We cannot fully guarantee the security of the information you provide to us. We will inform you in writing if there is a data security breach involving your personal information.

We and/or our licensors, affiliates, and their respective members, officers, directors, commissioners, and employees will not be liable to you for any losses, costs, expenses (including legal costs and expenses), damages, penalties, or amounts of payment whatsoever or howsoever caused (whatever the form of action), directly or indirectly, relating to:

  • Errors in the content of any information available through the Service;
  • Disruptions to the system or server, or any connection in the transmission, computer viruses or malicious code, agent programs, or other harmful, destructive, or damaging macros.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and us.

You may also be subject to additional policies or terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content, or third-party software. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining portions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. By using the Service, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless Suar.id and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, principals, and licensors from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions. This waiver and indemnity applies to all violations described or contemplated under these Terms and Conditions.

Suar.id is operated by us from our offices in Indonesia. You agree to comply with all applicable local, provincial, national laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations that apply to your use of the Service. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute with us or relating in any way to your use of the Service resides in the courts at the Registrar's Office of the South Jakarta District Court in Jakarta.

We have the right to take steps we believe are reasonably necessary or appropriate to enforce and/or verify compliance with any part of these Terms and Conditions. You agree that we have the right, without liability to you, to disclose any registration data and/or account information to law enforcement authorities, government officials, and/or third parties, as we believe is reasonably necessary or appropriate to do so.

These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time as we update this page.
