Welcome to Suar.id, a news website or 'Service' managed by Suar Inspirasi Produktif (hereinafter referred to as 'Manager' or 'We').

The following Terms and Conditions are the terms of use of the site, content, services and features on Suar.id. Please read these Terms and Conditions as well as possible. By accessing and using Suar.id, you have understood and agreed to be bound by all the rules that apply on this site.

By using Suar.id services or features, you are automatically bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Personal Data Policy that we make.

You are required to read these Terms and Conditions, Personal Data Policy, and/or other policies that We make carefully and carefully before using any of Our services or features. If You do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, You may stop or not use this Service.

SERVICE USAGE

  • Service Users are all persons and / or parties who access or use services and / or utilize all Suar.id features. Service Users consist of:
    • Visitors who are registered or have registered, either through the website, application, or mobile web;
    • Visitors who register for paid services and become part of the Suar.id Manager;
    • Visitors who have not or do not register an account on Suar.id.
  • You represent and warrant that you are an individual legally entitled to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, in these Terms and Conditions, and that you are at least 18 years old or married or not under guardianship. If you are under 18 years old and unmarried, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the consent of your parents or legal guardian, unless you state otherwise. By providing consent, your parent or legal guardian agrees to be responsible for: (i) all of your actions regarding access to and use of the Services; and (ii) your compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian, you must stop accessing the Service or Suar.id features.
  • You understand and agree that the use of the Service or features of Suar.id is also subject to the applicable Personal Data Policy, which We may change from time to time.

REGISTERED VISITORS

Some Services of this site, such as Viewsletter and Spotlight, are only available to visitors who have registered and require visitors to register with a user ID to use them.

ADDITION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Some areas or services of Suar.id, such as pages where you can upload (upload) or download (download) documents or files, may have guidelines and usage rules that will add to these Terms and Conditions. By using these services, you agree to be bound by these applicable instructions and usage rules.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY

Suar.id Personal Data Policy discloses the policy for handling your personal data when you access Suar.id. Regular and continuous use of Suar.id indicates your agreement to the Manager's Personal Data Policy. You can read the Personal Data Policy by accessing the 'Personal Data Policy' button at the bottom of the Suar.id page.

PAID SERVICES

Suar.id managers have services or features that allow you to get paid services. There are no refunds, returns, or cancelations after the purchase process is made. You must review additional information regarding the offer of the Service or paid service feature at the time of payment. We ensure that the personal data you use in these paid services (PII) will not be used for any purpose / need, but we use cookies only to improve our services.

TAX

Product prices listed on the Suar.id website include 11 percent value added tax (11% VAT).

SALES

  1. Users are required to register an account at Suar.id and fill in the requested personal data, if making a purchase.
  2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User's account data and password.
  3. SUAR will not ask for User's password for any reason, so SUAR urges Users not to provide account passwords to any party claiming to be SUAR.
  4. Under normal circumstances, the amount of Product availability listed on the Suar.id Site reflects the availability of Products for sale.
  5. When purchasing Products, Buyer agrees that Buyer has read, understood, and agreed to all information/descriptions listed before purchasing Products.
  6. All Products ordered will go to the cart first, payment will start when the User presses the check out button on the cart and fills in the personal data on the payment page.
  7. The price listed does not include shipping costs to the Buyer's address. Shipping costs will be added after the Buyer enters their personal data on the purchase page after pressing the Checkout button.
  8. Products that have been ordered and paid for cannot be canceled, so buyers are expected to check carefully before making payment.

PAYMENT

  1. Must transact through the payment procedures provided on the Suar.id Site.
  2. When placing an order for a Media product subscription, Buyer agrees that the subscription fee is payable in advance in full.
  3. If the Buyer makes a transfer from a different bank, there is generally a time difference before the Buyer's funds are active in the destination account.
  4. Product payments can be made via bank transfer or Payment Gateway.
  5. For payments via BCA Bank transfer method, use the following account information:

  6. Periodically, SUAR will process proof of transfer to BCA Bank and other payment systems on working days (Monday - Friday) and operating hours 08:00 WIB - 17:00 WIB.
  7. If within 2x24 hours the Buyer does not make payment, SUAR reserves the right to cancel the Buyer's order.

OFFSET

  1. If, notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms, SUAR is found to be liable to you for any damage or loss arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or any Content, SUAR 's liability shall not exceed the greater of:
  2. The amount of any subscription fees or similar charges in respect of any services or features of or on the Site paid in the six months prior to the date of the initial claim made against Suar.id, or;
  3. A maximum of IDR 1,000,000. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so the above limitation may not apply to some of you.

Subscribe E-MAIL

  1. By registering an account at Suar.id, Users will periodically receive e-mails containing information from SUAR, such as news content, promotional programs, new products, and other information related to SUAR.
  2. SUAR only uses the User's email address for the purposes of managing Suar.id and sending information from SUAR. SUAR will not share, sell, rent, exchange or provide email addresses to third parties without the User's knowledge. Users can choose to Subscribe at any time. In every email that the User receives there will be an option to Subscribe with the SUAR email system.

SUAR.ID CHANGES

We reserve the right not to continue or change services or features on Suar.id at any time and without prior notice.

USER OBLIGATIONS

Use of Suar.id must comply with the laws and regulations in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. You are prohibited from loading or forwarding through Suar.id material or other things that:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions, the Personal Data Policy, or any other policy issued by Us;
  • Commit acts of defamation, slander, and harass Suar.id;
  • Violate or infringe upon the rights of others, including without exception, patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, publicity or other proprietary rights;
  • Breaking the law, threatening, insulting, harassing, slandering, defaming, deceiving, cheating, or causing hatred in certain people or groups;
  • Persecute, harass, demean or intimidate an individual or group of individuals based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age or physical disability;
  • Violating norms of decency, obscenity, and pornography;
  • Advocating or suggesting unlawful acts;
  • Offend, trigger conflict and/or hostility between ethnicity, religion, race and intergroup (SARA);
  • Contains words or images that evoke horror, rudeness, filth, profanity, and swearing;
  • Spreading certain ideologies or teachings that are prohibited in principle by applicable law in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia;
  • Contains viruses or other computer code, files or programs that may interfere with, damage or limit the functionality of computer software or hardware or communications equipment, or permit unauthorized use of a computer or computer network;
  • Performed database theft;
  • Committing fraud or other unlawful activities on behalf of Suar.id.

If You commit any prohibited acts as mentioned above, We reserve the right to take the following actions:

  • Report to the authorities;
  • Suspend or close your account on the service;
  • Block your IP or access rights to the Service.

We will notify you in writing if we close your account. If we suspend your account, we will inform you of the suspension in writing. You can contact us again to restore your account. You agree that Suar.id can decide unilaterally to close and / or suspend your account and the decision is absolute.

IN USING Suar.id, YOU AGREE TO:

  • Provide accurate, new and complete information about yourself when filling out the registration form on Suar.id;
  • Keep your passwords and identification secure;
  • Maintain and regularly update accurate, current and complete information about yourself and others;
  • Accept all risks from illegal access to registration information and data;
  • Responsible for the protection and back up of data and/or equipment used;
  • Access and / or use services or features on Suar.id only for purposes and in a manner that is legal according to applicable laws and regulations, and agree to always act in good faith in carrying out any activities related to the Service or features;
  • Comply with all these Terms and Conditions and Personal Data Policies, as well as other policies that We make regarding the use of services or features on Suar.id, as well as changes from time to time.

You are not allowed to use Suar.id in any condition or manner that can damage, paralyze, overload, or interfere with Suar.id servers or networks.

You are also not allowed to access the service, user accounts, computer systems, or networks unlawfully, by hacking, password mining, or other means.

We will cooperate fully with any law enforcement official or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone who contains material or information as mentioned above.

PROPERTY RIGHTS

All designs, images, artwork, audio, video, and programming code (hereinafter referred to as 'Content') on this site are copyrighted by us. You are not allowed to modify, copy, change or add to the design design, images, artwork, audio, video, and programming code in this facility under any circumstances or conditions.

LICENSE TO USE SUAR.ID

You are allowed to use Suar.id and the Content offered by Suar.id only for personal purposes, and not commercial purposes. You can use content that is allowed to be downloaded, such as photos and voice recordings, for personal purposes and in accordance with the regulations on the content in question. You are not allowed to reproduce, print, copy, store, publish, broadcast, disseminate, modify, translate, publish, transfer, sell, lend, or distribute Suar.id content without written permission from the manager.

CONTENT LOADED FOR PUBLIC CONSUMPTION

Some areas or services on Suar.id allow you to load (post) Content that can be accessed and viewed by other visitors, including the general public. You are only allowed to load (post) Content on public pages on Suar.id that you create yourself and/or you have permission to load. You are not allowed to load Content that violates these Terms and Conditions.

We do not claim ownership of the Content that you load. However, by loading content on the Suar.id public area, you guarantee us, our affiliates and distributors to use, copy, broadcast, show, distribute, adapt and promote the Content in various mediums.

OVERVIEW

You agree that we are not responsible for content provided by others. We have no obligation to review such content; however, we reserve the right to refuse to post or edit submitted content. We reserve the right to remove content for any reason; but we shall not be liable for any failure or delay in removing such material.

OTHER SITE LINKS

Suar.id may provide links to third party sites, including links provided on search results pages. Some of these links may contain objectionable, unlawful and/or inaccurate material. The link does not indicate that we approve of the third party site. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or other materials on such third party sites. Every agreement and transaction between you and advertisers on Suar.id is between you and the advertiser and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any loss, damage or claim that may be caused by the agreement or transaction between you and the advertiser.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

We make no representation or warranty that:

  • Use of the services will be secure, timely, uninterrupted, or error-free, or operate properly with your hardware, software, and systems;
  • The service will meet your requirements or expectations;
  • Any data contained on the Service is accurate or reliable.

The data and/or information available on Suar.id, including but not limited to information on investment products, finance, and/or certain investments are for reference only, whether in the form of news, tips, suggestions, proposals, opinions, and recommendations because they are sourced from third parties. While every effort has been made to display data and/or information as accurately as possible, We and all partners who provide data and information, including Our editorial staff, are not responsible for any errors and delays in updating data or information, or any losses arising from actions related to the use of data/information presented by Us. You are responsible for all decisions that you understand, decide, and carry out.

We make every technical effort to keep the service secure and free from viruses and system errors. It should be noted that no security system is impenetrable. Therefore, we cannot fully guarantee the security of the information you provide to us. We will inform you in writing if there is a data security breach involving your personal information.

We and/or our licensors, affiliates and their respective members, officers, directors, commissioners and employees will not be liable to you for any losses, costs, expenses (including legal fees and expenses), damages, penalties or payment amounts whatsoever or howsoever caused (regardless of the form of action), directly or indirectly, related:

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and Us and govern Your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements between You and Us.

Suar.id is operated by us from our offices in Indonesia. You agree to comply with all provisions of local laws, provincial laws, national laws, statutes, provisions, and regulations that apply to your use of the Service. You expressly state that exclusive jurisdiction over any claim or dispute with Us or related in any way to Your use of the Service resides with the courts at the Registrar's Office of the South Jakarta District Court in Jakarta.

We have the right to take steps that We believe are reasonably necessary or appropriate to enforce and/or check compliance with any provision of these Terms and Conditions. You agree that We reserve the right, without obligation to You, to disclose registration data and/or any account information to law enforcement officials, government officials and/or third parties, as We deem reasonably necessary or appropriate to do.
