During a visit by Minister of Public Works Dody Hanggodo on Tuesday (2/9), Rivan said that Jasa Marga continues to carry outrecovery to normal operations at the seven affected toll gates, including site cleaning, restoration of supporting structures, and replacement of damaged equipment.
According to Riva, until today, four of the seven affected GTs have been operated and can be crossed by toll road users with the support of mobile reader officers serving transactions, these GTs are GT Slipi 1 (towards Grogol), GT Senayan (towards Grogol), GT Semanggi 1 (towards Cawang), and GT Semanggi 2 (towards Cawang).
"Starting tomorrow Wednesday (03/09), all affected toll gates can be accessed by toll road users with the help of officers using mobile readers for temporary toll transactions, this is intended to keep traffic flowing smoothly while still providing space for the technical team to complete repairs at other affected locations," said Rivan.

"We apologize profusely for the inconvenience to road users during this repair process. Every repair step is carried out carefully and measuredly by prioritizing the security, safety and comfort aspects of toll road users and not forgetting the aesthetic aspects of the building. For the recovery of the transaction system, Jasa Marga is always committed to serving optimally by intensively repairing and testing device integration. Jasa Marga prepares that on September 7, 2025 all affected toll gates on the Inner City Toll Road can be operated again and accessed by toll road users," Rivan added.
In terms of ensuring operations continue to run, Jasa Marga has an Early Warning System (EWS) procedure, cooperates with related parties and mitigates risks to anticipate force majeure events, one of which is by insuring the company's toll gate assets.

During this visit, Minister of Public Works Dody Hanggodo expressed support for the acceleration of recovery efforts while still prioritizing safety aspects and fulfilling technical readiness. The Government's statement reinforces that the acceleration process must be in line with safety standards and services to road users.
