Have a great weekend.

Here's information about trends that are being discussed in the public.

Tony Wenas Finds His Soul in Music

  • Rock music is more than just a hobby for Tony Wenas. That night, the SUAR team SUAR at Deheng House in Kemang, Jakarta. Tony took to the stage with Kadri Mohamad and Alfred Ayal, accompanied by Dwiki Dharmawan's orchestra in The Grand Rhapsody Rockestra. Wearing a brown leather jacket, Tony immediately took his place behind the keyboard and played "Play The Game" and "Mustapha" as the first two songs. Unexpectedly, Tony was able to reach high notes with perfect pitch, making the lyrics of Freddie Mercury's characteristic challenge to God in "Mustapha" truly come alive and rock the stage.
  • According to Tony, the worlds of business and music are not two worlds that need to be separated by a line of fire. From his experience leading the band Solid '80 since he was a student, Tony likens being in a band to running a company, because in the end, he also has to manage personnel. In that capacity, proficiency in playing an instrument does not necessarily reflect good managerial skills, but also the ability to create harmony from different instruments into a single melody.

Keeping Job Specialization Consistent

  • The survival of a corporate organization depends on the performance of the individuals within that institution. Meanwhile, the performance of organizational members or employees needs to involve the achievements of each member, in accordance with the rules, requirements, and expectations of the organization. Employee performance is also the result of the abilities, efforts, and task perceptions of the employees themselves. In addition, another factor that is no less important in supporting better performance from each individual is the implementationof division of labor within the organizational structure.
Division of labor is the grouping of types of work assigned to workers and tailored to each individual's abilities in order to maximize the achievement of organizational goals.
  • In any case, the meaning of work for each individual is to build their identity and role. If the role is too narrow, identity can collapse. However, if the role is understood as an important contribution to the organizational ecosystem, relationships between members of the organization become healthier and more respectful.
